Zone1 is the latest craze is Personal Training! Located inside Genesis Fitness Box Hill South, Zone1 consists of two dedicated training zones which are only available for Zone1 sessions.
Zone1 sessions have a great mix of cardio and strength training. All exercises are tailored to each participant to help them reach their desired results. Sessions are set up as 3 rounds: 6mins cardio and 8mins strength training.
All sessions are in groups and members are required to book online to reserve their spot. So all participants get a fair amount of assistance, We try to cap sessions area1 at 10 people and 8 in area2 due to the smaller space.
