Using medical grade equipment and surgical precision, Underground Spirits creates a new version of traditional spirits using a new and patented submicron, subzero distillation technique.

Combining our modern method with local ingredients, the recipe for Underground Spirits is creating an old spirit done new.

Underground spirits is 100% Australian made and owned. It is a boutique distillery in Canberra creating small batch spirits in a modern way. All bottles are hand poured, capped, sealed and labelled by one of our team.

The future is looking bright! We are passionate about our spirits and are continuing to develop new concoctions of vodka and gin using locally sourced products. Watch this space!
