Tranquil Mind Meditation & Chair Yoga will offer classes to suit all levels and provide a relaxation routine for the mind body and soul. It is a tranquil place for you to come and relax, still the chatter in your mind release tension and bring yourself into a positive and peaceful state. In Chair Yoga students practice poses while seated in the chair or use the chair for assistance in some standing poses. Anyone can practice it. Those with chronic conditions, disabilities, past injuries, or those looking for gradual gentle ways to increase their range of motion can all experience benefits from this practice.
Classes will be a combination Chair Yoga, Muscle Relaxation Exercises and Meditation and will run for approx 1 - 1.5 hrs. Meditations differ and will include Zen, Mindfulness, Guided, Chakra and Affirmations. Starting soon. Watch this page for further information.
