ThreeTwentySeven is an award wining designed home built in 2009. ThreeTwentySeven is centrally located in the Tamar Valley. The house is on the main road at 327 Gravelly Beach Road but vehicle access is from the back via Rodmans and Chaplins Lanes.

The unique home is perfectly located on the Tamar Valley Wine Route, enjoy the scenic drive where you'll come across several cellar doors. Feel free to ask us for some suggestions.

ThreeTwentySeven has glimpses of the Tamar River from the study and bedroom 1 upstairs. The open living area is carefully designed with two luxurious leather lounge suites and modern furnishings throughout the house, offering a comfortable stay. The kitchen is close by, with the essentials. ThreeTwentySeven has a study with menu's from local shops & brochures available for you to look at for activities to do around Northern Tasmania. There are two courtyards either side of the house, 1 which has a BBQ & picnic table perfect for entertaining.

ThreeTwentySeven has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests. Bedroom 1 & 2 have a queen bed in each and bedroom 3 has two single beds. The master bedroom has its own area upstairs and also has its own ensuite and walk in robe. The other bathroom is downstairs and the laundry is close by.

A short walk down the main road is a family friendly park, boat ramp and skate park - you'll be sure to have some fun. Perfect for the kids to play on the equipment or if your a boating fan Gravelly Beach is great for skiing and other fun activities.

ThreeTwentySeven is approximately 25 minutes from the CBD of Launceston & approx. 40 minutes to and from the airport. Exeter is approximately a 3 minute drive from the property, which has two IGA grocery stores, a Big Bargain Bottleshop, pub/hotel, butcher, cafe, takeaway and more. Or you can drive 15 minutes to the Legana Shopping Complex which has a Woolworths, BWS, KFC, bakery, tavern and more.

Within walking distance is a small general store, a cafe/restaurant and a pizza shop. The general store opens 6 days a week. (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-11.30am & is closed on public holidays). Kouklas Restaurant opens Wednesday to Sunday. (Wednesday, Thursday & Sundays are 9am-4pm, Friday & Saturdays 9am-8pm). The Pizza shop 'Crustys' opens Thursday to Sunday 5pm to late.
