The Traditional Plum Pudding Co. is a small family business. Chris is a Hilton trained chef with many years experience and he personally makes every single cake and pudding by hand. Free range eggs are cracked by hand; bread is baked daily for breadcrumbs and real brandy from the Barossa Valley adds to the rich flavours of spices and mixed, moist fruit.
Our handmade products include a Chocolate & Hazelnut Panforte (using our neighbouring farm's hazelnuts); Rich Fruit Cakes; Chestnut Fruit Cake and Christmas Plum Puddings.
We also provide a range of Corporate Gift Hampers featuring a selection of our fabulous local artisan produce including magnificent cool climate wines.
