About us:

We are mobile, off-site caterers specializing in marquee weddings; sporting events and corporate functions. Based in the Buckland Valley near Bright in NE Victoria and covering the areas from Wangaratta to Harrietville and Mt. Beauty.

Operating since 2001, our team is lead by Hilton-trained chef, Chris Davey, who prepares all meals in our fully equipped commercial kitchen on our property.

We cater for all types of functions incl. christenings; birthday parties; Christmas-in-July dinners; sporting events; wakes; charity dinners and club events. Sit-down & cocktail dinners vary from 30 to 450 people and menus are tailored individually to suit each function and budget with consideration taken for any specific dietary requirements such as vegetarian; vegan; gluten-free etc. In size, we cater for anything from sporting events such as the annual Alpine Audax Classics with a sit-down French themed dinner for 300 people in a marquee by the river in Bright; Fly-the-Flag RACV sit-down dinner for 430 guests at the local sports stadium; Camp Quality marquee dinner to small intimate get-togethers for 30 people in the backyard.

We also supply corporate lunch & hot fingerfood platters; delivery-only spit roasts & salads and also ready-to-heat meals; cakes and desserts for private homes, restaurants and Mt. Hotham ski lodges during winter.

No frozen, mass-produced items are included on our menus and all courses are prepared specifically for each function with menus tailored to suit individual tastes and budget.
