Why did I become a personal trainer?

I was an active kid training and playing football and basketball 5 out of 7 days a week, but then I started to suffer from Heel Spurs and Sever’s disease; both quite painful when trying to play sport and due to this I had to quit both sports. After much struggle, a couple of years later I was diagnosed with Thyroid Disease (Hypothyroidism) and fructose intolerance which made the battle even more difficult.

I had a choice, sit back and continue to watch the kilo’s continue to pile on or fight, get fit and adapt a healthy lifestyle. I chose the healthy lifestyle and managed to lose over 20 kilo’s, it wasn’t easy but I did it; and continue to do so every day.

So why choose me as your Personal Trainer?

I get it! I’ve fought the battle and still do on a daily basis. I understand the daily struggle of losing weight, finding motivation and focus to not only get fit and stay that way, but also to make the correct healthy choices on a daily basis.

I will be dedicated in creating individual training plans that assist in not only helping you achieve your desired results, but will also keep you motivated and focused on training and achieving your goals.

How did I decide on the rates I charge?

We all work for an hourly rate and that hourly rate is usually based on our qualifications. My qualifications are Certificate III in Fitness – Gym Instructor and Certificate IV in Fitness – Personal Trainer; I am also currently studying my Diploma of Fitness – Fitness specialist. I am qualified to offer you the best training schedule I can create to help you achieve personal health, fitness and your desired goals. We all want to be paid for the professional knowledge we’ve attained, now it’s up to you whether this is the professional service you want.

Training session rates:

$20 for 30 minutes training session. Session includes warm up and cool down.

$30 for 45 minutes training session. Session includes warm up and cool down.

$40 for a 1 hour training session. Session includes warm up and cool down.
