Nourish Coaching was born in January 2008, the culmination of Sally-Anne’s long experience in helping people realise their personal, business or career aspirations.

She started her journey 18 years ago in financial planning, took a right turn into executive recruitment and then created a path into coaching in 2007. Trained as a Neuroleadership coach, she supports clients to clarify their goals and create strategies for ongoing success.

Highly skilled in assisting professionals to accelerate their job search and career strategies, Sal is also passionate about bringing quality coaching to small business and start-ups.

She believes that coaching, when done well, can help people achieve significant results in a short space of time.

Having steered her own course through three career changes and a lifestyle move from the U.K. to Australia, Sal offers a wealth of practical experience and expertise. A small business owner, active business networker and mother of two, she fully understands the challenges of balancing work and home life.

Often in demand for comments and articles on coaching, Sal has been published in SMH, Courier Mail, Marie-Claire, Cleo, Cosmopolitan and Business Chicks' Latte magazine as well as in several professional association journals. In 2011 she appeared on Sky Business, in 2012 was interviewed on Ten Breakfast and is regularly invited on radio.
