Rural Nutrition & Health is owned and operated by Anne Segboer, an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and an Accredited Practising Nutritionist (APN), holding three degrees in Health Science (BHSc. GDHsc. BN&D).

For the last 22 years, Anne has worked in the fitness industry as a Registered Group Fitness Leader, Group Fitness Co-Ordinator and Accredited Personal Trainer (Cert IV Personal Trainer). In 1998 she commenced her Bachelor Health Science at The University of New England in Armidale, NSW, then continued to obtain her Graduate Diploma in Health Science (Nutrition Medicine) — a degree based on complimentary medicine. Rural Nutrition & Health has been operating now for 7 years with a focus on improving health through nutrition and dietary supplements. Our scope of practice includes dietary intervention for chronic disease but specialises in food allergy and food intolerance, bariatric surgery and women's health
