Rawgasm is the vision of Ian Jackson, a chef with a flare for all things green and natural.
Ian launched rawgasm in 2012 with the intention of offering modern, organic, vegan raw foods at weekend markets and festivals throughout the Dandenong ranges and Victoria.

Why Raw Food ?
Many elements of foods and their nutritional qualities such as enzymes, oils, minerals, vitamins and phytonutrients (which are the plant’s immune system) are destroyed by the cooking process.At Raw Gasm I am preparing only plant based ingredients kept in their most lively, whole natural state.
Fruits vegetables, nuts and seeds are prepared in a way as to avoid over heating and prevent excessive damage to nutrients.

Why Organic ?
At Rawgasm I choose organic ingredients wherever possible because of the clean sustainable farming techniques used to grow them. The result is produce that is healthier and tastes so much better.
To meet the high organic standards, Australian Certified Organic growers and farmers must prove they follow sustainable growing and cultivating practices. Put simply fruits and vegetables grown the way nature intended free from poisons and genetic modification.
This is something close to my heart which we should all support. Buy organic when ever you can and help support a sustainable future, peace and harmony on earth.

Why Vegan ?
The words vegan and vegetarian were derived from ‘vegetus’, a latin word meaning lively and active.
Vegan foods are made from ingredients free from animal suffering and the environmentally damaging, unsustainable methods of commercial animal farming.
Eating fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts is one of the best ways to maintain an optimum level of health and nutrition.
Feeding your body with an abundance of energy, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, proteins, essential fats, fibre and whole food harmony.
