What do I do?

I have 3 years experience of assessing posture and functional movement patterns.

If you have an injury or general soreness I'll be able to notice straight away. I use techniques of not only massage, but also muscle release, stretching, soft tissue release, and mobilisation to name a few. I always have the clients interests and values at heart while working on them. You always feel better getting off my table than when you got on.

I've worked with people with intense lower back pain, ankle sprains, scar tissue, severe headaches and migraines, dislocations, knee pain, scoliosis and many other injuries and conditions that many see as permanent, but have seen great results.

Massage is my passion. I love what I do because I get satisfaction from making people astonished by being able to move like they are young again.
