The house also has a converted garage with sofabed for the kids.
Main living area is open plan with plenty of crossbreeze. Doors and windows are screened. The lounge has a comfortable modular lounge with a large 42” LCD HD TV and DVD. The dining area is adjacent to kitchen with a dining table that seats six. This opens onto one of the two outdoor living areas. There is a fully equipped laundry and there are even boogie boards and beach toys for kids.
Bathroom has shower over bathtub with separate toilet.
The house is situated close to all the Sunshine Coast attractions, with Coolum, Noosa and the hinterland all within 30 minutes away. There are 5 star golf courses at both Twin Waters and Hyatt Coolum within 5 minutes from the house making it is a golfer's paradise and is only 10 minutes from the Maroochydore Airport.

This house is available for a minimum of 3 nights during low season with a minimum of five preferred for mid and high seasons. Mid-term accommodation is also available for discounted rates.
