Logic Nutrition and Health Coaching

Kate from Logic Health and Nutrition Coaching is currently taking her first steps into the wellness world of health coaching.

With a Bachelor of Health Science and a Cert III and IV in Fitness already under her belt, Kate is currently studying an Advanced Certificate in Nutrition Counselling with a vision to help people achieve optimum health and vitality through an all encompassing nutrition and lifestyle plan.

Health and Wellness has always been Kate's main passion in life. After completing a Bachelor of Health Science and working in Queensland hospitals for a number of years, she went on to complete a Certificate III and IV in Fitness through the Australian Institute of Fitness and start an exciting career and lifestyle change in the fitness industry.

Kate is also a CrossFitter and active Surf Life Saver aiming to increase her own fitness and strength levels through consistent and committed training at CrossFit Logic. With a strong belief in the CrossFit training method and encouragement of certain diet and lifestyle changes, Kate is aiming to bring a holistic view of nutrition and wellness to like minded CrossFitters and clients from all walks of life.
