I have been practicing as a naturopath for 14 years and have found my passion in food as medicine. I love facilitating consultations, retreats and workshops which inspire people to love the food they are eating while enhancing their health and fertility. I believe strongly in organic, in season, fresh, live/raw, local food with a touch of native and exotic superfoods. I also use herbal, homoeopathic and vibrational medicine.
