There are two houses on this property. One is private for guests and the other is the owners who are onsite to welcome you for ease of arrival and to be available for any questions or information you may require to make your stay smooth and comfortable.

Quiet, peaceful setting with many bird groups constantly coming in and out of the property for natural feeding.

The house is situated opposite a natural bush reserve on one side and beautiful sunset views on the other overlooking the townsite as we are on an elevated position.
Cockatoo Reserve for a short bush walk around, is only at the end of the street. Perfect for a daily walk making it as long or as short as you want within its many paths.

Lots of room for parking on the property.

Within walking distance to the main shopping precinct, the local hotel and eating places.

This is a perfect couples retreat. Private Resort like surroundings, relax, spend time with each other or for the adventurous - lots to do & see as listed below.

We have incorporated modern with the keeping of retro items to create a quirky unique experience.
A large collection of old records for a musical journey back in time is available on request along with 100's CD's to choose from.

ACTIVITIES: Bush Walks closeby, Tennis courts closeby, Gym can be organized for you, Squash, Indoor heated pool.
We have the racquets/balls if you have the inclination.
Bikes available for cycling.
Indoor games are also provided. Trivial Pursuit, Checkers, Chess, Board games to name a few.

- National Parks to explore, John Forrest & Beelu.
- Lake Leschenaultia is a free recreational lake offering canoeing, swimming, barbeques, picnic areas, a walk trail or bike ride around the lake as well as a fantastic café overlooking the lake.
- The Bibbulum walk track passes through Mundaring approx. 950km long.
- The Munda Biddi off road cycle trail head is located in Mundaring Community Sculpture Park making an ideal starting point to cycle your way through amazing scenery.
- Mundaring Weir is a must. The freshwater pipeline is still the longest in the world. Golden Pipeline Heritage Trail & Kep track are here.
- Mundaring Weir Hotel will delight for outdoor concerts of note. Chauffeuring to & from these concerts will be available so you can enjoy a pre-show meal and drinks.
- As there are a great variety of walk trails closeby, two bicycles are available along with transportation to the trails if needed.
- 20min to the Swan Valley full of wineries and restaurants.
