Move Body & Health Therapy is now open to the public providing Myotherapy, Remedial and Relaxation Massage Therapy. Located within Revolution Spin Fit, we have a large room, electric table and everything to provide a comfortable massage treatment.


Massage is applied to the soft tissue of our body such as Fascia, Muscles, Tendons and Ligaments. Massage naturally heals our body and encourages our body's return to normal function.


Remedial Massage Therapy is the assessment and treatment of soft tissue dysfunctions that cause pain and restrict human movement. Some of the benefits from massage therapy are: Provides pain relief, Aids in recovery from injury, Aids in relaxation, Reduces stress, Improves circulation and Improves joint movement.

What to expect: At your initial appointment you will be asked to complete a Medical History form, followed by an assessment by the therapist which entails a recording of a comprehensive history, postural assessment (Observation and Palpation), motion testing and other special tests where required.
