Belleve - Healing Matters

My philosophy is to empower you to have trust & faith in yourself to go within, find the answers you need, as you explore aspects of yourself that come to the surface, to understand, deal with and heal. I will help you do this with genuine interest in being there for you.

I acknowledge that every person is unique, as are the experiences they have had and the impact on them that has shaped them into who they are and how they handle situations. Therefore, there is no judgement. Instead I offer compassion, empathy and understanding that everyone has done

the best that they could at the time, with the knowledge they had, to deal with life’s difficulties. There are no expectations that there is only one way to understand, learn or do things and our sessions will reflect this. There is no set way, we are guided by the outcomes from one session to another.

I offer you a safe, relaxing and comfortable place for you to do this, to open up, explore and deal with whatever you feel is right for you at this time. To move through or let go of, past or present, to step out of your comfort zone, meet the challenges and move forward.
