I've been a personal trainer for 2 and a half years, and prior to that graduated from Fed Uni with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science.
A personal trainer is designed to motivate you to exercise at a rate that is good for you, with someone who can take in every aspect of your life, from medical, to history with fitness, to psychological, and design a program that is right for you.
