We combine all aspects of training into each 8 week program, meaning we cover anybody's fitness goals (strength, weight loss, cardiovascular conditioning, muscular endurance, toning). No goals are too big or small...
Each program runs for 8 weeks in entirety but may vary from 2 or 3 per week. There are plenty of incentives for clients to get involved eg. free training singlet with initial sign up, free personal training valued at $130 for every new person you sign up and much much more....
