Kinesiology

Kinesiology brings balance to the body and ignites your own innate healing system to go to work. Gentle muscle testing allows the practitioner to work with the client to identify the areas that requires balance, whether it’s physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Muscle testing is used as a feed back system identifying imbalances which cause the body stress. When a body is left in a state of stress ‘dis-ease’ can be the undesired result. Once awareness and insight is gained, the body has what is required to assist with its own healing, enhancing overall health and wellbeing. Kinesiology is a gentle practise with amazing results in self healing.

Reiki

Reiki is a very natural modality that uses energy channeling for healing. The practitioner uses a gentle laying of hands approach on different areas of the body to unblock or assist in the energy flow. The body has a ‘Life Force Energy’ that when blocked or low can leave us feeling tired, stuck, stressed and bring dis-ease to the body. The practitioner will gently guide the life force energy to bring about healing on all levels of emotional, physical, spiritual health. Clients often has different experiences and at the completion of the session are left feeling a deep sense of relaxation, peace and clarity. Many report amazing shifts in their mental and physical health.

I am passionate about both Kinesiology and Reiki as natural healing modalities and together their power of innate healing is extraordinary. My 12 year background as a registered nurse, including a post graduate in Intensive Care Nursing, has given me a first hand view of trauma and illness and the healing process. I know that the human body and mind are extremely powerful and intelligent and that we all have the ability to heal ourselves. Natural healing modalities such as Kinesiology and Reiki put us on the path to this recovery. I know that every client has different needs, life stories and areas of healing and that is why I endeavour to help them on their own healing journey. I believe that both modalities have huge healing potential if clients are willing and ready to give up the old patterns and behaviours, let their body do the work it is meant to do and that is to heal. I feel privileged to help people overcome anything that is holding them back in life from something as simple as being tired to deep seeded trauma. To the body it is the same thing.

I believe that there are no coincidences and if you end up in my practitioners room then that is exactly where you (and I) are suppose to be.
