Yoga is a fantastic way to get kids moving and Little Oms Children’s Yoga is all about fun! In class little people learn many different yoga poses (asana) in a playful and kid-friendly environment. Using music, story telling, group participation, dance, drama, play, yogic breathing and relaxation, little yogi and yoginis learn how to calm themselves with breath, develop better posture, respect for their own bodies, stress and anxiety relieving strategies, increased fine and gross motor skills, and develop a sense of self confidence and inner peace.
Term two timetable:
10th of May through to the 5th of July (9 classes) - 46 Murrell Road, Para Hills, Saturday mornings.
9.45 - 10.30am Yoga for ages 3 - 9
12.30 - 1.30 pm Yoga for ages 10 - teenagers
2nd of May through to the 4th of July (10 week term) - Bower Cottages, Semaphore Park (car park and entrance off Kingfisher Drive), Friday afternoons.
5.30 - 6.30pm - Yoga for families
Bookings for classes are required and discounts are available when paying per term and for siblings. Please contact me for further fee information.
Classes run for 45 minutes and are run in age groups, or family classes where a parent can bring their child(ren) and experience yoga together.
