Intrepidus Strength & Conditioning

In 2011 with a busy life of working, kids and running a household I put on 9kg. Things that were important to me like a healthy lifestyle and making time for exercise had fallen by the wayside. In February 2012 I decided it was time to do something about it and I signed up for Michelle Bridges 12wbt. Little did I know that this small step would change my whole life. In the last 15 months I have lost 12kg, began studying to become a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist and I now want to help others to achieve their goals whether that be weightloss, fitness related or just a healthier lifestyle in general. I know from first hand experience just important these things are to living a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.
