WHAT WE DO
We use a combination of floor exercises incorporating our babies, as well as cardio, dance and strengthening exercises while wearing our babies in carriers. Mums can relax and enjoy the class, rather than worrying about keeping your baby happy.
We have a particular focus on safety for postnatal mums, and rebuilding the body after it has performed the miracle of carrying a baby. We look after and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, and protect any ongoing post-natal injuries such as diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles).
