Just Chill and Relax

'Just Chill' and 'Relax' classes incorporate fun movement (dance and games), emPOWERed yoga poses, peer or self massage, relaxing breathing techniques, affirmations and positive visualizations. Each class is based upon an imaginative theme, and gently introduces children, teens. adults to simple and fun mindfulness tools that can be used anytime, any day.
Classes are supported by a range of high quality mindfulness and relaxation books and CDs and class printouts which help bring calm and quiet to the home, schools, and work places.
