I am a qualified Reiki Master available on the Sunshine Coast QLD by appointment. I also design and hand craft gemstone energy jewellery and I stock various natural products. I like to work with our earth energies such as crystals, gemstones and Himalayan salt products.

Reiki healing treatments are available from Buddina on the Sunshine Coast.

My energy healings differ from client to client. I will often work with crystals and oils and spend time balancing and aligning chakras, discovering and clearing blockages that are preventing us from moving forward. Reiki works on an emotional, physical and spiritual level. Physical illness and injuries are often the result of energy blockages, negative thought patterns, self-imposed limitiations, and past circumstances that have deeply affected us. By shifting the blocked energy and working through the emotions, the client finds many benefits from feeling more positive, to understanding and learning more about themselves, to relieving pain from injuries or speeding up the healing process following illness. Reiki is non invasive, gentle, relaxing and many clients claim that it frequently results in a fantastic night's sleep.

Reiki for children - I love working with all ages, with a special place in my heart for children. Reiki/energy healing helps them to release their fears and emotional blockages at an early age and provides them with some powerful tools to help them through life. Reiki gives them the sense of peace and calm they need to help their little bodies to heal, and relaxes them to enable them to sleep peacefully. Reiki can also help to improve concentration, memory and balance and also enhances self awareness and self esteem, amongst many other benefits. Reiki is calming, safe and non-invasive.Children's sessions usually take a half hour.

Readings - Looking for clarity/guidance? I use mostly Angel Tarot cards and can offer insight into love, career and general life readings.
