Huon Valley Handyman

Hi there, my name is Nic. If you have any pets then you will have already met my girlfriend Jo as your local Veterinarian. In 2012 Jo decided to open her own practice in the Huon Valley and within a few months of opening she was completely run off her feet. I was originally trained as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer but at the time I was working at a not for profit, teaching mechanical skills to disadvantaged teenagers. I made the decision to leave that role in order to renovate the building for Jo's vet practice. This was a life changing decision for both of us as we never could have imagined how much goes into planning and building a facility like a Veterinary Hospital. I dont believe that the clinic will ever really be "finished" but now that the main part of the construction is complete and the day to day business is functioning well I have chosen to turn my efforts towards a career as a carpenter / handyman. No job too small, whether you need a shelf hung on the wall, or a doorknob fixed. Outdoor living spaces, decks and pergolas, carports, cubby houses, kitchen and bathroom renovations, fencing, painting, garden maintenance etc.
