At Allambie, our aim is to grow and source produce at a local level.
Our Beef and Lamb has either been grown on the farm, or sourced locally in the Huon Valley.
It is processed in the Huon valley too, meaning that by the time the meat leaves our farm in packaged form, it has done less than 50 KM's.
This doesn't just equate to having a low Carbon footprint, it means we can keep our prices low, and our Animals suffer minimal stress.
In fact, all our animals on the farm have been raised with individual care.
