Hi there!
Does your child need a little extra help with their reading, writing or mathematics?

Well that’s where I come in!

My name is Sarah den Hartog and I am a qualified Primary School Teacher. I am offering my services as a tutor for Primary School children, especially for those in Kinder to Grade 4. Having taught junior and middle school for the past 4 years I have expertise in teaching Reading, Writing, Spelling, Phonics and Mathematics either for the basics, intervention or extension.

My lessons are comprehensive, aligned with the Australian Curriculum and specific for your child's individual learning needs.

I have a Working with Vulnerable People Check and am registered with the Quality Teacher Institute.

I will be offering home tutoring at my house in Phillip or I can come to you if you live within 10 minutes drive of Phillip. Availability is Monday -Thursday afternoons 4:00-6:15pm. The occasional weekend session and other times can also be negotiated.

Cost is $40 for the hour for individual sessions and $25 per student if working in a small group of up to 3 students (small group would work great if you had a couple of children needing tutoring or if you invite some friends along).

There is also an initial 'Meet and Greet' Session for $20 where myself, the children and parents would meet, discuss expectations, set goals and arrange a timetable.
