Proprietor Chris Sporton is a registered exercise professional with a degree in sports science, and a qualified and accredited remedial massage therapist. Fix Your Body provides services in both areas, including a free fitness assessment and ongoing free extra session material for exercise clients, and a range of treatments such as assessment of conditions prior to the massage session, and the use of techniques such as neural stretching, positional release, trigger point therapy, myofascial cupping, and deep tissue techniques amongst others.
