1) MACHINES 33 is a total 1 hour boxing and fitness class which includes a full warm up, stretching and the 33 station total fitness and boxing circuit then completed with a total abdominal workout that will give you abs as strong as a boxer.( circuit style class partnering up not required)

2) FIGHT FIT 33 is a total core strengthening and fight fitness conditioning class with functional and cross fit style of training. A Dynamic and explosive workout that is never the same each session offering a combination of anaerobic and aerobic fitness, that builds strength, muscular endurance as well as a strong core. Because if you’re not Fight Fit your not Fit!.
(No Gloves required)

3) 6AM CLUB is a highly motivated group that commits to early morning group fitness sessions that covers all aspects fitness with varying indoor and outdoor sessions on alternate days.( Puts you in the elite few category of early risers and achievers can’t be scared of a little running)

4) BEACH FIT Come join our Beach Fit crew down at one of our beautiful local beach locations. Reap the benefits of training outdoors especially for those people who work indoors all week there is no better way to boost your Vitamin D levels, burn more calories , build extra stability and strength which comes through the dynamic surface provided by the sandy beaches as well as a boost in vitality and well being which comes through engaging in outdoor fitness activities.
