Counterpoint Community Services

Counterpoint Community Services (formerly known as The Factory Community Centre INC) is a small but effective, local, welfare organisation servicing the community of Redfern, Waterloo & surrounds since 1977.

Counterpoint identifies with the local community, providing support, meeting space, advice and advocacy. Counterpoint is a public benevolent institution and registered charity

Counterpoint community Services is made up by number of community programs and projects including

• South Sydney Multicultural Neighbourhood Centre
• Poets Corner Pre-school in Redfern
• Waterloo Recycling workshop Waterloo
• Cycle –Re-cycle Club Waterloo
• Redwater Community Markets Redfern
• Redfern Waterloo Housing Communities Programme (community development support)
