Cockburn Cougars Softball Club

The Cockburn Cougars Softball Club support Senior Men's, Senior Women's, Juniors, Sub Junior and Tee Ball divisions. We participate in both Summer and Winter Leagues.

Facebook Code of Conduct:

This page has been created for all Cougar Members & Visitors to keep in contact with the on goings of the club, games and activities. Please use it as a forum as a way of posting information regarding anything to do with softball or the Cockburn Cougars.

However, Please “DO NOT” post any content that could be considered negative or offensive by nature, this would include and is not limited to; explicit language, negative comments targeting any member, officials, score keepers, etc., or anything that could be deemed offensive by the Executive. It will not be tolerated and will be deleted immediately.

Course of Action:
- First incident – posting will be deleted and individual will be contacted with a reminder of the Facebook code of conduct.
- Second incident – posting will be deleted and individual will be contacted with a written warning.
- Third incident – posting will be deleted and individual will be removed from the group without notice or warning.

If you find a posting on the Cockburn Cougars Group Page, inappropriate or offensive, please notify the Executive with an image of the posting. The executive will promptly review the controversial posting and decide a course of action. *Please note* all complaints will be taken seriously and confidentially.

Photography

Any photo(s) published to the Cockburn Cougars Facebook page and Facebook group will become the property of Cockburn Cougars Softball and can be used by Cockburn Cougars Softball for advertising on our website, social media and any other platforms. If you do not want your photo(s) used by the Cockburn Cougars Softball we recommend that you do not post them to the Cockburn Cougars Softball Facebook Page or Group.

We understand that you may want to keep your personal profile or children(s) profile private. On the registration forms you are given the option to keep photo's of yourself or children private. Please make sure you notify the executive at the time of registration and they will make sure images affiliated will be removed from social media and the website.
