CCSC - Central Coast Strength and Conditioning is targeted at improving physiological attributes. Training sessions are conducted through either individual, small group sessions or workshops.
Professional Development
CCSC founder Daniel Dacker is an Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Newcastle, during his studies he was granted the opportunity Live and study abroad at Northern Arizona University , USA. During his time in the USA Dan was able to train an learn from several of America's Weightlifting and Gymnastics coaches, broadening his understanding of athletic function and power development. When Dan returned to Australia he underwent an internship with the Hyundai A-League Newcastle Jets for the 2013-2014 Season. The internship greatly improved Dan's understanding of field based development and athlete monitoring. At the end of the season Dan accepted a job as Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Northern Lakes RLFC. The transition from professional to amateur level athletes has help Dan's athletic programming for finding what tools are best for increasing an athlete physiological attributes in a short period of time. Futhermore, Daniel now works as Junior Strength Coach for the Newcastle Knights working with Harold-Mathews, SG Ball and development teams.
