Bella Muscle

Bella Muscle is a ladies only personal training service located on the Central Coast of New South Wales. We run ten week challenges out of our Ladies Only Studio in Charmhaven, which include group training sessions, on-going diet and training advice, motivation and accountability sessions, Sisterhood Saturday beach training sessions and access to a private Bella Facebook group, for the girls to motivate and encourage one another and share ideas and recipes. We do accept late registrations, so if you missed the start of our current ten week challenge which kicked off on the fourth of August, don't hesitate to email us as soon as possible as there are still spots remaining for beautiful ladies ready to change their lives!
