You may be wondering how a Finance Broker can help you, and what I actually do, especially considering I don't charge a fee for my service.

As a finance broker, my role is to negotiate with banks, credit unions and other credit providers on your behalf to find a loan that meets your needs, then manage that loan from the application through to settlement. I can help you with buying your first (or not first) home, investing in property, as well as commercial and business finance. If you aren't currently looking and buying, don't worry, you don't miss out! I can perform a review your existing finance arrangements, making sure that you have a competitive interest rate and are making the best use of your hard-earned money. I can also arrange consolidation of existing loans to clean up your finance if required. I am based in WA, but provide service Australia wide.

I don't charge a fee for my service, I am paid by the financial institution that you take your loan with. This payment is completely separate to your loan, and will not be a cost to you in any way. Whether I find you a loan or not, there is no cost to you. I am fully independent, meaning that I don't work for any bank in particular, so I will find a loan that suits you, not the bank.

As a broker, I have access to a wider range of loans than what you could access yourself and I manage the entire loan process for you, taking away the complications that normally make financing so frustrating and time consuming. I will compare charges, fees, loan features and more to ensure that you have a competitive, all round deal. My aim is to provide you with a service that is helpful, friendly and flexible.
