Jersey Jack Australia originated from Jersey Jack Gelato in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was introduced to the Australian market by the mastermind behind Nasi Lemak Korner (on 18 Preston Street) and HangOut Bar & Cafe (on 20 Preston Street), within the vicinity.
Our plans are to demonstrate our products and innovative marketing approach through dessert bars as well as the use of traditional gelato tricycles to be stationed at the approved tourist locations and events.
Our in-house knowledge allows the sourcing of only the highest of quality of local products to produce flavours reflecting its fertile environment. Key ingredients such as milk, cream, sugars, fruit and nuts, will all be purchased locally ensuring only the highest of quality and giving maximum benefit to local farmers and retailers.
Jersey Jack steers clear of obvious options and uses only fresh milk produced by the Jersey cow, from which initiated the company and brand name.
