ABOUT ME : I have been living in the Pioneer Valley for 10 years that of which I was a operator in the mines, whilst studying to become a PT and raise 3 kids !

I will give you the drive to start your journey and reach your destination with a calm approach and knowing smile for your journey ahead.

My aim is to work with you from start to finish to come to your home and go through your goals, start you on a Nutritional cleansing program, create vision boards together, take your measurements and weight, look in your cupboards and guide you on which steps to make to give you the best journey possible - set weekly follow up appointments to keep you on the right path whether that means coming to your home or just a quick phone call.

We will also set a personalized fitness program whether it be a walk each day, a high intensity gym workout or a PT session with me !

I am passionate, I want to change lives, to make you happy and content with who you are.
