The Queensland government has introduced new laws that change the way the property industry conducts business in Queensland. From 1st December, 2014, real estate agents & salespersons must comply with new legislation. It also puts all agents, regardless of experience on an even playing field - everyone needs to follow the NEW system. Eungella Realty's Management System has been developed under the NEW Act & Regulations.

1 x Yard Signboard – FOR SALE (FREE), whilst listed with Eungella Realty.

2.5% flat rate commission (including GST) - or as negotiated

(similar to the previous commission under the previous Act/Regulations, even though commission is no longer capped)

Your property is listed with another agent?

If your property is already for sale with another agent, we recommend when your contract period expires, that you list exclusively with EUNGELLA REALTY, OR request an OPEN LISTING with your current agent and EUNGELLA REALTY.
