Blissful Essence - Amy Manz Kinesiologist

I first discovered the amazing modality of Kinesiology when I was a teenager, after it was recommended by our family Naturopath. I saw a local Kinesiologist on & off for several years for several emotional issues. Kinesiology worked for me, I went to see them with an emotional issue & after a few sessions the issue was no longer causing me stress. But I did start to wonder, what is it exactly that they do? During the sessions it was relatively quiet but at the end I felt better, but how ?? It wasn't until I discovered a lady (who would go on to be my teacher & mentor) that I found the answer ........ Kinesiologist's use muscle testing to determine where there is imbalance in your body, be it physical, emotional or biochemical. I was introduced to a whole different side of Kinesiology, a side where I (as a client) was heavily involved in my session, I rediscovered self responsibility, it was at this point that my life truly transformed & I began to grow as a person, I was empowered because I was completely in charge of what was happening, I was the one finding the answers & my body was verifying, to my Kinesiologist, that I was on the right track.

A few years on my Kinesiologist asked me if I would like to go to a workshop she was running, I had no idea that this would be a life changing decision for me! I turned up, not knowing what to expect, but instantly knew that this was what was missing from my life. At the age of 28 I finally knew what I wanted to be !!

Everything has snowballed from there, I absolutely love what I do. Seeing people rediscover what life is without pain, both physical & emotional, is inspiring. One by one they are taking their life back. During my sessions, my client is fully in charge, I facilitate & muscle test to prioritise the corrections the body needs.

The sessions vary greatly depending on what you are needing, whether it be structural or emotional kinesiology.

My clients mean the world to me & I hope to be able to continue this journey well into old age !
