You'll be in awe of this totally funky home the moment you walk through the door and you'll think - this is Fremantle. The other two bedrooms are off the living area, and both are a good size, with one a double and a handy room to use as a master if stairs aren't your thing.
The master bathroom has a bath you can sink into and the second bathroom is perfect for the teenager being near their loft. On top of all this space, you have a dedicated study of a good size right by the front door.
The rear garden beckons all year 'round, with an active vegie patch, plus fruiting trees; oranges, mulberries, grapes and a very prolific fig tree, with a canopy over summer of a beautiful Jacaranda. Outdoor dining is just off the living area and to the side is a seated area near the bubbling fountain, where a fire pit in winter would be delightful. There is storage out the back in the form of an old railway cabin.
This street is a social and happy street where neighbours gather regularly in the dedicated park to celebrate through the year. You are only minutes away from the South Terrace café strip and ten minutes walk from both South Beach and Fremantle. You'll leave your car all day as catching a train, either by walking or cat bus becomes your preferred method of transport. For food, you are spoiled for choice with 'The Local' just around the corner, Ootong and Licoln, Little Lefroys, the Roasting Warehouse and many more quirky spots to eat and drink in walking distance.
