Hi! My name is Cathy. The Zumba® program is a fantastic way to exercise whilst still having fun!
Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase fitness, learn how to dance, or simply just to socialise and have fun....then this class is for you. No matter what your age, size or gender, absolutely EVERYBODY is capable of taking part in this fun-filled fitness craze!
A little about me. I am a mum of two and like most mums out there barely have time to fit in exercise for myself. However, we deserve a little 'me' time and I've found exercising to amazing music alongside happy people (people seem to smile and laugh a lot in this class...) always makes me feel good. And that is the aim of this class, it is to feel good and not even realise the workout you are getting at the same time.

Qualifications:
Zumba Basics Level 1 and 2
Cert III and IV in group fitness and PT
Level 1 Crossfit Trainer
Club Weightlifting/Sports Power Coach 1 Licence
Pilates Level 1 Matwork Instructor
