How to order:
* Orders can be made by posting SOLD, preferred size, colour (if applicable) and email address under the photo
* An invoice will be generated through paypal and sent to your nominated email within 24 hours
* Once payment has been received your item/s will be posted to your nominated address
* Limited quantities are available of each item
* If you miss out on an item please email me and I will attempt to get more stock. Please note there is an approximate 3 week leade time
* If there is something in particular you are looking for please email me and I will try to find it for you

Delivery:
* Delivery is via standard Australia Post
* Items will only be posted once payment has been received
* Postage cost for one item is $8.25
* Combined postage can be arranged - $8.25 for up to 500g (if fits in bag) and $13.40 for > 500g - 3kg (if fits in bag)
* Postage amount is not included in prices and will be added to final invoice amount
* Express post is available for an additional cost and can be quoted when requested
* ZoJay takes no responsibility for items lost in the mail

Payment:
* Preferred payment method is via Paypal however bank deposit can be accepted
* Payment is due within 48 hours of invoice. If payment is not received item/s will be returned to stock
* If you are not able to make payment within 48 hours please contact me and arrangements for an extended period may be made

Returns/Refunds:
* Once payment has been made no refunds will be given
* Returns will only be accepted for faulty products and return postage will be at buyers cost. Please contact me prior to return to discuss replacement of faulty product
* Items are inspected prior to being dispatched so it would be rare to receive a faulty or damaged item
