Amanda's background prior to becoming a Mind Body Medicine Practitioner was in the entertainment industry, performing and teaching dance & vocals.

After many years of ongoing personal exploration and development, Amanda began her interest in the mind-body connection leading her to currently study mind-body medicine to begin her new career in Holistic Kinesiology.

Amanda is passionate about challenging herself & continual growth as well as inspiring others to do the same.

Through muscle testing, counselling, structural balancing, energetic work, homeopathy and many various skills Amanda aspires to assist her clients with easing physical pain, stress, or anxiety, increasing self-esteem, quality of life and general wellbeing.
