Zimma Tailors - the culmination of Roger Shamoun’s enduring passion for
handcraft and artistic expression - was launched in 2011 at number 3 Palings Lane in Sydney’s renowned Ivy precinct – affording the discerning gentlemen of Sydney with a sartorial experience akin to Europe’s leading heritage tailors, adding to the craft his own modern spin.

Having experienced hand crafted bespoke in his late teens, Roger has
submerged himself in the world of sartorial craftsmanship ever since. His 20’s yielded a skill set developed through trial and error - learning the intricacies of suit making and acquiring a sense of the good, the bad and the ugly. It was this practice that took Roger from novice to self-taught cognoscente.

Since inception, Zimma Tailors has garnered a loyal clientele and strong
international following on account of Roger’s fastidious approach to
craftsmanship. Focused on sartorial disciplines, Roger refuses to compromise on artisanal integrity across the entirety of his offering from ready-to- wear right through to handmade bespoke.

Fast forward 2017, and he his adolescent dreams are finally coming to fruition. Following the light of passion, Sartoria Zimma was conceived - a 2000 square meter facility in which a team of highly skilled artisans craft bench made garments to the same exacting standards that Roger has continued to abide by.
