Zen Jar is the new kid on the Yoga block in The Hawkesbury.

Chantelle Jary is a registered yoga teacher with The Yoga Alliance Australia and also a Master Personal Trainer in The Hawkesbury region of NSW.

Owner of Fit Jar PT, Chantelle now brings yoga with a twist of fitness to all who are interested in seeking the benefits and joy of yoga.

Located in a beautiful heritage building in the heart of Windsor and accessible by public transport, Zen Jar offers small classes capped in numbers to create a warm, welcoming and intimate atmosphere for class participants.

All welcome from the yoga curious to the seasoned yogi or yogini.

Chantelle specialises in safe yoga practices rooted in traditional yogic philosophy but presented from a contemporary exercise science intention set to modern familiar music, making yoga accessible for all.

Chantelle looks forward to welcoming all yogis to Zen Jar and will be offering a vast array of classes to choose from.
