Yum Yum Dining

Yum Yum Dining has been delighting locals and visitors alike for more than decade. With stunning views over Brisbane Water, the restaurant has developed a reputation for exceptional food, a unique wine list and stellar service.

Owned and operated by Head Chef David Featherston and Restaurant Manager Peter Edwards, the pair took over the restaurant in February 2017.

Having been the Head Chef of Yum Yum Dining since 2007, for David, a career in the kitchen was inevitable. He found his passion for cooking from a young age and now takes great pleasure seeing people enjoy his food. Dave prides himself on utilising fresh and local produce throughout his menu and regularly using ingredients from his own kitchen garden on his Killcare Heights property. His menu offering is innovative yet elegant.

Peter, brings his wealth of knowledge of customer service to the business. Having spent most of his career in hospitality working in restaurants and hotels, for him, it is all about the ‘experience’. He has also developed a keen interest in wine, having previously been a cellar door manager in the Hunter Valley wine country. Peter is passionate about independent and boutique wine labels and has been working hard to bring a comprehensive and diverse wine list to the restaurant.
