Training for Youth.
YouthFit is a comprehensive athlete development program that focuses on individualised training of young athletes in a positive atmosphere to perform at a higher level, to have a greater understanding of their sport, to have increased confidence, and to have the tools for continued growth both physically and mentally.
YouthFit is designed to help athletes from any and all sports improve fitness and form. This is achieved through working on strength, agility, running form, plyometrics, speed, coordination, flexibility, power, injury prevention and more.
About the trainer: Amber Land is passionate about seeing young athletes become more confident and achieving their goals. She holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and has an extensive sporting background, including Division 1 College basketball in the USA and professional basketball in Europe and Australia. Her sporting background combined with extensive knowledge gives her a unique skill set for working with budding athletes.
Her experience includes working as a exercise specialist in a sport performance facility, personal training experience, and several years of coaching.
