Young Mind Body currently offers the following unique services;
- Hands on and distant Reiki Healing treatments
- Monthly distance healing circles
- Infant Massage Instruction in small class groups and individual carer tuition
- Monthly Dark/New Moon Women's Circles

I am dedicated to continuous education. Developing skills and knowledge to aide my family and yours. Therefore in future the following will be available
- Pregnancy & Post Natal Doula support
- Education support and respite care for children with additional needs

I have varied interests and may offer workshops around but not limited to;
- Usui Reiki Attunement
- I AM Program workshops
