METAFIT- high intensity interval training 30mins
LADIES GROUP - small group training with a wide range of exercises strength, body weight, weights, cardio, boxing etc 45mins
BOXING - boxing with pads and mitts, this is a fun fitness session learning punches and combos. 45min
