Hello and welcome to Yogivation!

I have been practicing a variety of yoga styles for 6 years and have decided to specialise in Puna yoga, which is a cross between Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga. These two styles combined makes for a strong practice, with flow and static holding of poses, helping build strength and stamina.

I hold a current Working with Children Check, and am a registered First Aider. I am also part of Yoga Alliance, which is Australia's leading yoga membership group, providing a Code of Conduct for all members to adhere to.

I am here to help facilitate a balanced yoga practice for you, developing a class that suits your needs in a private one on one or small group session.

Book some time with me on your own, or get a group of 4 ppl (max) together and we can do this from my own studio at home.

Price for 75min private class:
$50 for 1 person
$60 for 2 persons
$80 for 3 persons
$90 for 4 persons

Grab a friend or a couple of mates and make it a group session to help you stay motivated and focused!
